As a host you get to create a welcoming atmosphere by preparing the main auditorium, help guests find seats, receive a bible if needed, and answer any questions they have. There’s always time to say hello to a few regulars and build new friendships with first-time guests.
It can be daunting getting connected to a local church. This team works behind the scenes following up with visitors; helping them get connected to small groups, volunteer teams and to the life of the church.
This team creates exciting and moving experiences and environments for people to connect with God. The creative team sets the tone through creative media including videos, graphics, web, lighting, & stage backdrops. They also help capture events and stories to share online.
A warm smile, a welcoming handshake, these are the experiences that make a church a home. As a greeter you set the tone of a person’s visit by creating a welcoming environment. It’s also a great opportunity to make a ton of new friends that you’ll soon call family.
Do you love throwing parties and setting up a welcoming array of drinks ? Then the hospitality team is for you! We want every guest to feel thought of and cared for with a clean, and inviting array of refreshments.
If you love kids, this is the ministry for you. Our children’s team has the opportunity to share God’s love in a tangible way while making the parents feel comfortable enough to attend the worship service. You have the option of working with many different age ranges. No experience is necessary-just a willingness to serve.
The New Here booth team helps create a welcoming first step for our new guests, to help them move from guest to family.
The Next Steps Booth is designed to help each person discover the next step in their spiritual journey. This could be a small group, volunteering in the community, developing spiritual disciplines or going to the next Engage class.
The Mission booth team helps our guests get connected to what God is doing in Voice, in the community, and the world through opportunities to volunteer and serve others.
The production team helps create a distraction free environment so our guests can focus on worshiping God and hearing the message. They help run audio, video, and lighting across the campus.
These are the rockstars that setup and tear down every area from kids, to first impressions, to coffee, booths and the main auditorium. You don't need to have any experience. We can train you!
